Chris Matthews, host of TV's Hardball, the man who famously said that he felt a thrill going up his leg while watching Obama speak, has turned on Obama. Here's his opening monologue on Tuesday. Case in point: Jon Stewart, who had been defending Presidnet Barack Obama on Benghazi, has criticized the administration for two nights running.
